How can I return a product ordered from Bags109.com?
To provide you a worry free shopping experience on Bags109.com, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any item in its original packaging, for a refund. The shipping charges will not be refunded for the order and you may be charged a fee of 10% for any refunds. This is not applicable for perishable products and also products which are based on events.
Due to Import and Export regulations and restrictions, we are unable to extend our Returns Policy for any items sourced or delivered outside India.

When you return your product, please indicate the reason (in case you wish to) for your return in a short note, put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note (our returns address is given below) and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us. You can find our address for returns on the "Contact Us" page.
We will refund you the cost of the returned item, less shipping cost. Please note that we will provide a refund facility only for products ordered from our website.
Within what time period do I have to return the product?
You need to return any product bought from our site within a period of seven days from the receipt of the shipment. We do not accept any returns if the refund request is launched after 7 days of delivery of the order.
How and when will I get my refund?
You can expect to receive the refund within four weeks from shipping your return to Bags109.com (this includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return shipping, inspection at our returns facility, and processing from your bank or credit card company). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund. We will refund your payment after deducting a service charge of 10%.
The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order. Please note that the refund will be done based on the current Rupees/Dollar conversion rates.
The amount charged is the INR value of the product displayed on the site which is converted into US Dollars or any other foreign currency at the actual prevailing conversion rate while passing on the order to the payment gateway.
Under what circumstances can I return a product?
You can return a product back to us if the product that has been delivered is damaged or the wrong product is delivered to you.
What products will be considered for replacement?
Products that are delivered but are not the ones ordered by the customer will be considered for replacement provide the same is communicated to us within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
What do I do in case I receive a defective / damaged item from Bags109.com?
If an item ordered by you on Bags109.com is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, contact us for a replacement. Our Customer service team will confirm the replacement. You are required to hand over the defective item in the same condition as delivered to our logistic partners as intimated to you by our Customer Service representative.
When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.

Are there any products which are not covered under the return policy?
We do not give refunds for the following products:
  • All products that are personalized. [With exception if the product is not the same as ordered or any manufacturing defect]
  • Gift Certificates
  • Factory-sealed sports collectible sets
  • Items sourced or delivered outside India
  • Items that have been used
  • An item not returned in the condition it was received
  • Any item received by us in a damaged condition
